1. General Overview
Lone Oak Consulting offers marketing and consulting services for small businesses and home service providers. Because our work involves strategy, digital setup, and time-based services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Consultation & Setup Fees
All initial consultation and setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as time and resources are immediately allocated to your project.
3. Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel ongoing service plans or retainers with written notice (typically 14 days) before the next billing cycle.

If work or campaigns have already been completed for the current billing period, no refund will be issued for that period.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you’ve been billed incorrectly, please contact us at billing@loneoakhelper.com within 7 days of the charge. We’ll review the issue and issue a refund if appropriate.
5. Home Project Leads or Referrals
If your purchase involves home improvement or handyman leads, refunds are only provided if:

A duplicate or invalid lead was delivered (wrong number, non-existent contact, etc.), and

You notify us within 72 hours of receipt.
6. Our Goal
We aim to provide honest, transparent service. If you’re not satisfied with your experience, we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution — whether that’s additional service credit or a partial refund when appropriate.
